满月后来disabled邮件，坛子里说是正常的，今天arm全stopped了
邮件说：

实例stopped，开不了, 提示这个：

这是被视为非免费资源了？开的是1c6g和3c18g，我寻思着也没超啊，难道不能开满4+24?

常规停机,甲骨文是30他试用期,30天宽限期,没有标记永久免费的资源都会停止,ARM就是其中之一,删除重新开就永久存在了
